Job Description:-
Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients
Establish customer needs, explain, and demonstrate products to them, which may involve providing technical descriptions of products.
Develop and update knowledge of their own products and the products of their competitors
Job Responsibility:-
Needs to be comfortable with field sales
Area specification:-Area preference given by the employee
Charges for sample product:- The two-unit sample provided one unit is box and second unit is un-boxed. The security deposits Rs. 499 for two samples and fully returned when you left the job or deposit the sample
Target :- At least 100 unit should sell in a month.
Salary:-
Starting three months :- At the starting three months, 20% of the base price of the product will be given as a salary. If the employee sells the product above the base price then 30% given that price which is above the base price.
After three months :-After the three months, you can able join in the company as a permanent employee and salary depends on your performance & past experience.
Other Details:-
Petrol conveyance:- Petrol Conveyance will be provided 1000 on target basic (minimum target 100 unit). The Candidate should have his own bike with license and RC Responsibilities and Duties
