If you want to show a message when file open then

Load settings:-
If you fill up form in previous attempts and save setting in your pc then load settings .
After load setting you show previous fill data on under the field.
Save settings:-
If you want to save settings for future use then you save the settings .
File encryption:-
When you click on file encryption then your file/data will be encrypted on destination folder and data
show on code format.
