ANSWER:- This feature allows the user to choose the
operations either to restrict or to allow the operations related to accessing
the file. There are further options which user can choose according his needs,
these option are explained below:
i. File
Read Only Access:-This allows the user to only read
the file no editing is possible when this option is chosen.
ii.
Disable Save As:-This option Disables the save as
property in the file, after editing the file user cannot save as the file .This
is useful if some other tries to access the file then he cannot save the file
to his pc.
iii.
Disable Export:-This allows stopping the exporting
of our file to some other location. No one can create a copy of the file to his
or her private PC.
iv. Disable Print Functionality:-This disables the print functionality of a respective file.
